Back Cover Review: The Night Watchman by Mark Mynheir

This witty, humorous novel is a delightful read! One that pulls you into the story one page at a time – until it becomes full blown boiling hot – very much like August, but so much more enjoyable on the page. This story is a perfect summer book!

His characters are honestly flawed and realistically endearing all the more for their flaws…from the bitter Night Watchman, Ray Quinn with his sardonic outlook on life to the obnoxious Crevis who dreams of fighting crime – in ways that Ray Quinn has “been there, done that – and got the stupid cane to prove it” to the beautiful and tender-hearted Pam whose persistent faith in her brother’s pure motives – no matter how contradictory the circumstances look.
